Análise Envoltória de Dados (DEA) e Geoprocessamento para medir a eficiência na instalação de empresas no município de Osasco – SP

Abstract

O estudo avaliou a influência dos fatores espaciais no processo de localização e migração de empresas (indústria, comércio e serviços) no zoneamento do solo e no processo de expansão urbana do Município de Osasco (São Paulo). Para realização do estudo, foram usados dados socioeconômicos e espaciais considerando períodos de tempo (1993 e 2006) e situações urbanas diferenciadas (antes e depois da construção do trecho oeste do Rodoanel). Para avaliação dos resultados, foram usados modelos de análise envoltória de dados para analisar a distribuição espacial das empresas.
