Abstract

Este artigo apresenta a recente proposição de um escopo de serviços para coordenação de projetos, voltado à aplicação em projetos imobiliários (residenciais ou comerciais). O trabalho foi concluído em meados do primeiro semestre de 2006 e pretende suprir algumas lacunas importantes de referenciais técnicos dos processos de contratação e de coordenação do desenvolvimento de projetos, servindo como orientação para a obtenção da qualidade dos projetos nesse segmento da construção de edifícações.
