Identificação do valor econômico de um empreendimento de base rural

Abstract

O presente estudo foi elaborado como um laudo de engenharia de avaliação, com objetivo de identificar o valor econômico de um empreendimento de base rural que foi desapropriado para construção do reservatório de um empreendimento hidroelétrico em 2008; o laudo foi utilizado em negociação particular entre a concessionária do serviço público e o proprietário do imóvel e empreendimento, resultando em acordo amigável e evitando a esfera judicial. Os nomes e locais foram alterados para esta publicação.
