Abstract

A Copa do Mundo de 2014 está estimulando o mercado imobiliário brasileiro e trazendo uma enorme gama de ganhos para o setor. Após o tom eufórico e a escalada de preços com a notícia da realização da Copa de 2014, o mercado imobiliário em São Paulo está se estabilizando tanto nos valores dos imóveis para venda quanto para locação, e isto deve se equilibrar até a realização do evento. Com a abertura de crédito imobiliário que vem se intensificando e as obras de infraestrutura lançadas, este trabalho tem o objetivo de identificar as oportunidades para que a cidade de São Paulo usufrua dos benefícios e investimentos que serão aportados, a fim de deixar um legado positivo.
