Regularização Imobiliária e Licenciamentos no Brasil

Abstract

Para a expansão e implantação de redes, indústrias e demais empresas é necessário nos submetermos à burocracia brasileira que, no mais das vezes, nos apresenta surpresas devido à sua complexidade. Nesse artigo trataremos das particularidades dessa burocracia, ilustrando-as com pesquisas e case de implantação de empresa, além da legislação nas esferas públicas, destacando assuntos relacionados às prefeituras (uso e ocupação do solo), acessibilidade, vigilância sanitária - ANVISA, interferência no meio ambiente, prevenção e combate aos incêndios -Corpo de Bombeiros, dentre outras aprovações relacionadas ao tema.
