Abstract

On poursuit dans cet article l’analyse de Blanchet et Marioni (1996) des évolutions et caractéristiques du marché du travail pour les individus de 50 à 65 ans. Les données des enquêtes Emploi que nous utilisons pour construire les probabilités d’occupation des états d’activités à temps complet ou à temps partiel, du chômage ou de l’inactivité concernent la période 1982-1999. On étudie aussi les taux de transitions entre ces états sur cette période. Les faits nouveaux sont la plus grande diversité des trajectoires des 55 à 59 ans à travers les états de chômage ou de temps partiel même si ces trajectoires ne sont pas majoritaires. On évalue aussi par double différences deux mesures de politique publique durant cette période : les dispenses de recherche d’emploi et la contribution Delalande. Alors que pour la première les effets attendus sont significatifs, les effets de la contribution Delalande ne sont pas significatifs en utilisant les données de l’Enquête Emploi.
