Abstract

Se está gestando una propuesta ilusoria de reducir mil pesos el precio de la gasolina. Una aproximación parcial es positiva: se mejoran los ingresos de 14 millones de colombianos, el sector transportador y principalmente quienes tienen varios vehículos y de mayor consumo. Empero, la fuente de tal rebaja es desequilibrante
