Fundo Brasil Paz no Futuro: financiando a eficiência da segurança pública

Abstract

O trabalho busca apresentar, em primeiro lugar, um modelo de financiamento privado de programas para prevenção ao crime, implantado em vários países desenvolvidos, conhecido como títulos de impacto social. Em segundo lugar, apresentam-se algumas ideias sobre a constituição de fundo para a segurança pública, que entre outras propriedades, poderia funcionar como um mecanismo para alinhar incentivos e comprometer governos com ações efetivas no sentido da paz social.
