Abstract

Además de ejercer presión sobre los modelos internacionales, regionales y nacionales de clasificación de la situación laboral, las plataformas de trabajo digitales están impulsando nuevas estrategias y enfoques en términos de gestión algorítmica, vigilancia digital, trabajo a distancia y subcontratación transfronteriza, que están adoptándose cada vez más en los sectores más convencionales de la economía. Así pues, la evolución de la economía de plataformas es crucial al proporcionar una “prueba de resistencia” para la resiliencia de las normas del trabajo existentes, y al realizar una aportación útil en términos de las reformas necesarias para garantizar su adecuación, la representación del interés colectivo, y los aspectos de la movilización considerados por los mercados de trabajo que evolucionan rápidamente.de directiva de la Unión Europea (UE) relativa al trabajo en plataformas como una herramienta clave para abordar las complejas cuestiones sobre la clasificación de la situación laboral que se plantean en torno a la economía de plataformas desde su aparición.
