Abstract

En el presente documento se examinan los problemas planteados a la libertad de sindicalización y al reconocimiento efectivo del derecho de negociación colectiva para las personas ocupadas en la economía del trabajo esporádico y se analiza la amplia gama de estrategias que utilizan los trabajadores empleados en la misma para desarrollar una capacidad de movilización colectiva y promover la regulación efectiva del trabajo esporádico o intermitente.
