Abstract

L’objectif de cette étude est de mettre en évidence les effets des emplois atypiques (temps partiel, contrat à durée déterminée écrit), ainsi que des relations de travail basées sur des contrats non écrits (contrat verbal, absence de contrat) sur la rémunération (salaire et accès aux prestations sociales) et la mobilité sur les marchés du travail de trois pays d’Afrique Subsaharienne (Cameroun, République Démocratique du Congo et Tchad).
