Abstract

Based on a case study from informal markets of the city of Maputo, in Monzabique, and the Associação dos Operadores e Trabalhadores do Sector Informal (ASOTSI), analyses the impact of the role of informal union organizations in the living and working conditions of the informal workers particularly the woman worker.
