The contribution of social dialogue to economic and social development in Zambia

Abstract

This paper is one of a number of country studies on social dialogue to be undertaken by the InFocus Programme. The series seeks to elaborate on the concept of social dialogue as practised in member States, analyse the major institutions for social dialogue and identify best practices. In this paper, the author analyses the major institutions for social dialogue on labour market and social and economic issues in Zambia.
