Abstract

Working paper, case study of informal sector capacity to absorb labour surplus due to imbalance in urban development and overpopulation in Cordoba, Argentina - analyzes economic implications and social implications of rural migration, poverty and growth of very small scale industry; discusses low educational level, occupational structure, income, work attitude, labour mobility, etc. Of internal migrants.
