Abstract

ILO pub-wep pub. Working paper on the importance of farm size and land tenure in assessing causes of rural migration in the sierra of Ecuador - describes use of the macro-evaluation technique (demographic aspects) and the micro-approach (economic conditions and employment opportunities) in developing an economic model to estimate propensity to migrate.
