ILO pub-wep pub. Working paper on the use of low cost technology to minimise water loss due to seepage in irrigation canals in Bangladesh - discusses the selection of suitable building materials, describes selected canal linings (cement-soil, clay-jute, etc.), And considers labour supply and irrigation target factors.
