Abstract

Working paper on basic needs fulfilment in relation to industrialization and a new international economic order in developing countries - sponsored by the ilo, presents case studies of basic needs achievements in light of industrial development goals with regard to per capita gross national product, industrial production, etc. In China, Peru and India.
