Abstract

Este documento fue comisionado por la Red de Medio Ambiente del Diálogo Regional de Política para la 4a Reunión Hemisférica celebrada el día 19 de julio de 2005. Se trata de una síntesis de los trabajos realizados por Nicola Borregaard y Hernán Blanco (MERCOSUR + Chile y Comunidad Andina) y Walter Jokisch. Este documento ofrece una mirada panorámica, basada en entrevistas, revisión de literatura disponible y las reuniones subregionales realizadas a fines de 2004 y comienzos del 2005, de las prioridades en comercio y ambiente para Latinoamérica y El Caribe.
