Abstract

Este texto presenta el enfoque del INDES sobre la gerencia social, el cual es producto de varios años de reflexión y de intercambio ininterrumpido entre el equipo de INDES y los gerentes sociales de la región. La Gerencia Social de INDES (GS-I) ofrece una perspectiva propia para la comprensión e intervención en el desarrollo social. Su objetivo es contribuir a que los gerentes sociales enfrenten con éxito los desafíos de diseño y gestión de las políticas y programas en los que participan, así como ofrecer una propuesta viable de cambio social.
