Abstract

El estudio tiene el objetivo de evaluar la dependencia espacial de los municipios (si existe); con el fin de reforzar el crecimiento conjunto de los municipios mediante la planificación turística efectiva que permita su coevolución. El análisis propuesto es cuantitativo, y aplica técnicas de econometría espacial, aprovechando la información a nivel municipal de la Red de Soluciones para el Desarrollo Sostenible de Bolivia (SDSN-Bolivia). A través del indicador de concentración de empleo turístico se aproxima la actividad turística del municipio para evaluar la dependencia espacial global y local entre municipios vecinos. Asimismo, a partir del índice de desarrollo municipal de SDSN-Bolivia se analiza el nivel de significancia de dependencia espacial global y local.
