Abstract

"In diesem Beitrag werden vorzeitige Lösungen im dualen Ausbildungssystem in Thüringen untersucht. Hierfür wird zuerst die Ausbildungssituation in Thüringen beschrieben. Anschließend werden vorzeitige Lösungen differenziert nach den Merkmalen Geschlecht, schulische Vorbildung, Alter, Ausbildungsbereich, Ausbildungsberuf, Ausbildungsjahr und nach regionaler Gliederung betrachtet. Abschließend werden auch mögliche Gründe für eine vorzeitige Vertragslösung betrachtet. Die Zahl der Ausbildungsverträge lag in Thüringen im Jahr 2015 auf einem nahezu gleichen Niveau wie in den Jahren 2014 und 2013. Auch scheint sich die Zahl der vorzeitigen Lösungen nicht weiter zu verschlechtern." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
