Hohe Arbeitskräftemobilität in Sachsen-Anhalt : Pendlerbericht für das Jahr 2009

Abstract

"Im Jahr 2009 arbeiteten 135.600 sozialversicherungspflichtig Beschäftigte mit Wohnort in Sachsen-Anhalt in einem anderen Bundesland, das waren 3.500 weniger als im Vorjahr. Die Auspendlerquote verringerte sich von 16,8 Prozent auf 16,5 Prozent. Der Zuwachs der Zahl der Einpendler nach Sachsen-Anhalt hielt 2009 das vierte Jahr in Folge an. 55.100 Arbeitskräfte aus anderen Bundesländern und dem Ausland arbeiteten in den sachsen-anhaltischen Unternehmen. Wie die geschlechtsspezifischen Pendlerquoten zeigen, waren Männer deutlich mobiler als Frauen. Überdurchschnittlich häufig arbeiteten Beschäftigte der Altersgruppen 15-24 Jahre und 25-49 Jahre in einem anderen Bundesland. Unter den Einpendlern waren die 25- bis 49-Jährigen ebenfalls überdurchschnittlich häufig vertreten. Beschäftigte mit Fachhochschul-/Hochschulabschluss waren mobiler als Personen der anderen Qualifikationsgruppen (Auspendlerquote 18,4 Prozent; Einpendlerquote 13,1 Prozent). Überdurchschnittliche Auspendler-, aber auch Einpendlerquoten verzeichneten Beschäftigte in technischen Berufen. Mehr als drei Fünftel (514.300 Personen oder 62,5 Prozent) der in Sachsen-Anhalt wohnenden Beschäftigten verließen ihren Wohnort, um entweder in einer anderen Gemeinde desselben Landkreises (25,5 Prozent) oder in einem anderen Kreis (20,5 Prozent) oder in einem anderen Bundesland (16,5 Prozent) zu arbeiten."
