Abstract

"We analyze survey data of participants in the subsidized employment programs "Integration of long-term unemployed" and "Participation in the labor market“. The aim is to examine the utilization, design and individual assessment of on-the-job coaching and its role for employability from the point of view of coaching participants within the two employment programs."
