Ländervergleich Dänemark - Deutschland: Erosion oder Renaissance der Normalarbeit?

Abstract

Ähnlich wie in den meisten anderen EU-Ländern verlor auch in Deutschland die unbefristete Vollzeitbeschäftigung an Bedeutung. Dass dieser Trend nicht zwangsläufig ist, zeigt das Beispiel Dänemark, wo in der 90er Jahren eine Renaissance der Normalarbeitsverhältnisse zu beobachten war. Der Kurzbericht geht den Gründen für diese gegenläufige Entwicklung nach. Datenbasis ist die "Eurostat-Erhebung über Arbeitskräfte", eine jährliche Befragung, die in Deutschland im Rahmen des Mikrozensus durchgeführt wird. (IAB)
