Die Verknüpfungsqualität der LIAB-Daten (The matching quality of LIAB data)

Abstract

Der Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit Verknüpfungsproblemen der Daten des IAB-Betriebspanels mit den prozessproduzierten Daten der Beschäftigten-Leistungsempfänger-Historik in den LIAB-Versionen, die über das Forschungsdatenzentrum der BA im IAB externen Forschern zugänglich sind. Diese aufeinander bezogenen Daten sind die Linked-Employer-Employee-Daten des IAB (LIAB). Für die Jahre 2000 und 2001 wird analysiert, welche Betriebe in der Beschäftigten-Leistungsempfänger-Historik nicht gefunden werden und bei welchen Betrieben die Abweichungen zwischen den Beschäftigtenangaben aus beiden Datenquellen erheblich voneinander abweichen. Ziel ist es, dass die Kenntnisse über die Verknüpfungsqualität der Daten die Arbeit mit den LIAB-Daten vor Ort schon im Vorfeld erleichtern. Zudem stellt das Forschungsdatenzentrum auch LIAB-Versionen bereit, die Verknüpfungsprobleme im Vorhinein vermeiden, indem nur Betriebe ausgewählt werden, die innerhalb des Toleranzintervalls liegen, wie in der ersten Version des LIAB-Längsschnittmodells.
