不動産バブルは繰り返すのか?―不動産市場の過去・現在・未来―

Abstract

近年における金融緩和・マイナス金利を受けて,不動産市場が過熱しているといわれる。かつて,わが国は,三度にわたる不動産バブルを経験し,1980年代半ばから発生したバブルの生成とその崩壊は,その後の日本経済に甚大な影響を与えた。一方で,人口減少と高齢化が進むわが国においては,不動産市場はどこに向かっていくのであろうか。本稿は,1980年代半ばから現在に至るまでの不動産市場を振り返り,将来を展望する。
