Abstract

本調査の計画および実施にあたっては、HR 総研 (ProFuture 株式会社) にサーベイ調査の告知およびサーベイサイトの構築、データ収集を含め多大なる貢献を頂いた。また、本研究は組織学会による「組織調査」および、日本学術振興会科学研究費基盤研究(B)「日本企業のイノベーションに関する組織のミクロ基礎に注目した実態調査」(研究代表者: 中川功一) をその基盤としている。組織調査の参加メンバーおよび、組織学会学会員に深謝申し上げたい。また調査成果の公表にあたっては、一橋大学イノベーション研究センター軽部大教授および、同センター研究支援室にご協力頂いた。最後に私事で恐縮ではあるが、今秋にこの世に生を受ける予定の私の子どもがこれから生きていく世界が少しでも良くなることを願い、彼または彼女にこの論文を捧げたい(原泰史 記)。
