ハンガリーにおける外国直接投資と企業再建, Foreign Direct Investment and Corporate Restructuring in Hungary

Abstract

大規模な外国直接投資と多国籍企業の進出は,ハンガリーの市場経済化において極めて重大な役割を果たした。巨額な外国資本の流入は,マクロ経済を有効需要面から支え,長期的・安定的経済成長を実現すると同時に,所有構造の転換,生産体制の刷新,製品競争力の強化,経営管理システムの近代化,研究開発(R&D)・イノベーション活動の活性化などを通じて,企業システムの抜本的転換にも多大な寄与をもたらした。しかし,外資系企業の目覚しい活躍を以ってしても,いまなお解決されていない企業再建上の諸問題は少なくない。ハンガリー政府と産業界の「受身の市場経済化」は,いま転換期を迎えている。
