欧州移行経済における社会主義的遺制と人事労務管理--体系的レビューの試み--, Socialist Legacies of Personnel and Human Resource Management in European Transition Economies: An Analytical Review

Abstract

本稿は,欧州移行経済諸国を対象とした人事労務管理研究において,移行経済を文脈とした研究を取り上げ,社会主義的人事労務管理の制度的遺制,文化的遺制を論じている既存研究とその文献属性との関係を実証的に検証し,市場経済への移行25年間を経過した現在においても,欧州移行経済諸国における経営や人事労務管理施策に見られる社会主義時代の遺制が重要な研究対象であり,(1)特に社会主義体制下で重要な産業と位置づけられていた伝統産業において,旧社会主義的遺制を強く意識した研究となること,(2)EU経済との質的な統合が進むにつれ,文化的遺制を根拠にした分岐論は影を潜める可能性があるが,社会主義的制度遺制については引き続き重要な分岐論の根拠となる可能性があること,などを明らかにし,社会主義的人事労務管理の遺制の影響が,今後も欧州人事労務管理研究の多様性を浮き彫りにする特有の研究対象となることを論じている.
