    Abstract

    本論は,再生可能資源および枯渇性資源の双方の動学プロセスを考慮した内生的成長モデルを構築して,環境資源の利用に関連するさまざまな問題を持続的成長とのリンケージから分析するという「環境のマクロ経済分析」を展開する.選好パラメータや生産構造パラメータをはじめとした種々のパラメータが変化した場合の,マクロ経済の反応がさまざまな角度から検討される.こうした一連の分析によって,汚染物質を排出する化石燃料のようなエネルギーからクリーンエネルギーへのシフトが,結果的にはより高いレベルの持続的成長を生み出すことが明らかとなった.また,再生可能資源が存在している下で,汚染フローとその汚染を引き起こす有害な枯渇性資源との関係がある特定の関係に従うならば,市場経済における異時点間の動学的資源配分は環境外部性の影響を受けず,その意味で計画経済と分権経済のoutcomeは一致することになるという,非常に興味深い結論を得た.またこれらの分析で得られた結果を基礎に,主に技術の側面と資源代替の側面に力点を置き,環境政策へのインプリケーションが提示される., We constructs an endogenous growth model with accumulation processes both of renewable resource and of non-renewable resource, and investigate some environmental issues associated with sustainable development of the economy and natural resource use. Within this framework, we examine the impacts of changes in taste and technological parameters on macro-economy. By this analysis, it is clear that substitution of resource use from non-renewable to renewable yields an environment-friendly sustainable development. Given a certain relationship between pollution and resource flow, moreover, we prove that the negative external effects of pollution on productivity do not cause any distortions in the economy. Based on the results from the above analyses, in addition, we propose important implications for environmental policy.
