共助・助け合い参加を促す要素について（２） : 「Npo法人に関する実態調査」を用いた分析

Abstract

NPO法が1998 年に施行されてから25 年が経過した。本ペーパーでは、内閣 府のNPO法人実態調査の個票データを用いて、どのような NPO法人がどういった特徴を持って活動しているか、どのような課題を抱えたり、チャレンジをしているかを分析した。その結果、設立後年数が長い法人や代表者年齢 60 歳以上の法人では、後継者不足を課題として挙げる傾向があり、NPO の活動が継続していくには、円滑な事業承継や合併等のしやすい環境整備の必要性が示された。収入源の多様化を課題とする法人が多い中、認定NPO 法人では寄附金の取組手法が多い傾向や、寄附受入れ促進の取組方法が多い法人やボランティア動員度が高い法人、企業との連携希望度が高い法人などでは、寄附の受入れが大きい傾向が示唆された。
