「社会医療診療行為別統計」を利用した医科入院外の注射点数についての分析

Abstract

厚生労働省「社会医療診療行為別統計」の医療機関種別別の計数を用いて、医科入院外の注射点数の動向について考察を行った。医科入院外の延患者のうち、300-499 床の病院では1.2％、500 床以上の病院では 2.2％が外来化学療法室の利用者である。外来化学療法加算の１日当たり回数増加に伴い、注射の１日当たり薬剤料点数は増加する傾向にある。抗がん剤治療を外来で行う患者が増えてきたことが、注射の薬剤料点数増加の原因になっていると推察できる。
