Erfaringer med ISF og bruk av kostnadsinformasjon Intervjudata fra fire fylkeskommuner

Abstract

Fokus er beslutningstageres bruk av informasjon fra kostnadsindekser for de somatiske sykehusene i Norge gjennom SAMDATA-publikasjonene fra SINTEF Unimed NIS (fra 1989). En har antatt at fylkeskommunene benytter denne kostnadsinformasjonen ved fastsettelse av sykehusenes budsjetter. Notatet er en rapportering av en intervju-undersøkelse i fire fylkeskommuner og ved fire sykehus. Det er spurt om bruk av kostnadsinformasjon, samt forventninger og erfaringer med aktivitetsbaserte avtaler mellom fylkeskommunen og sykehusene.
