Godstransportköpares attityder, värderingar, intentioner och faktiska beteende

Abstract

Rapporten utgör en systematisk kunskapsöversikt beträffande svenska godstrans-portköpares attityder, värderingar, intentioner samt faktiska beteende. Utifrån de svenska un-dersökningar som genomförts de senaste tjugo åren (1990-2009) ges en sammanfattande bild av godstransportköparnas kvalitetskrav, kravens konsekvenser för val av transportlösning samt faktiskt inköpsbeteende. Begreppet transportkvalitet är centralt och i ett försök att skapa jämförbarhet mellan undersökningarna redovisas transportköparnas kvalitetskrav i de olika studierna utifrån sex dimensioner: transporttid, transportkostnad, frekvens, tillförlitlighet, godskomfort samt miljö. När det gäller godstransportköparnas faktiska inköpsbeteende slår flera av undersökningarna fast att transportkostnaden tillsammans med tillförlitlighet är de mest avgörande aspekterna vid val av transportlösning. Miljö förefaller vara en dimension av ökande betydelse, dock ännu ej med så stort verkligt inflytande över val av transportlösning.
