Abstract

L'objectif de cette étude Cette recherche est le prolongement d'une précédente étude réalisée par cette même équipe de chercheurs à partir d'une comparaison de hiérarchie dans l'entreprise industrielle en France et en Allemagne dont les principaux résultats sont présentés en 1ère partie (cf : M. Maurice, F. Sellier, J-J. Silvestre : "La production de la hiérarchie dans l'entreprise : recherche d'un effet sociétale, comparaison Allemagne-France", Aix-en-Provence : LEST, 1977). Cette précédente étude a mis à jou rl'importance de l arelation entreprise et système éducatif.
