Abstract

Ce rapport se propose d'aborder la question du temps de travail sous l'angle non pas de l'arbitrage posé ces dernières années entre le temps de travail et le temps de loisir mais sous deux autres axes qui forment le socle sur lequel repose les nouveaux enjeux autour du temps de travail : - le partage du travail dont la réduction apparait comme moyen de lutter contre le chômage sous différentes formes (RTT ou temps partiel) ; - le temps choisi pour répondre à une préoccupation de plus de souplesse dans le choix personnel concernant la durée du travail mais aussi son aménagement dans la journée voire semaine mois et année. La 1ere partie de ce rapport aborde les différentes formes d'organisation du temps, des évolutions récentes et de leurs enjeux. La seconde partie examine les positions des différents acteurs sociaux (Etat, syndicats,...). La dernière partie enfin s'efforce de répondre à la contribution que pourrait apporter la Région à la nouvelle organisation du travail.
