Abstract

Ce document est un projet de reconduction d'une recherche menée au LEST - à l'époque laboratoire de la Faculté de Droit et de Sciences économiques d'Aix-en-Provence, associé du CNRS, sur financement de la DGRST. L'étude initiale tentait de répondre à certaines hypothèses émises sur les écarts de rémunérations entre entreprise. Elle a été menée par une équipe de recherche du LEST composée de Françoise Sellier (Dir. scientifique), Guy Roustang, Jean-Jacques Silvestre, Mireille Dadoy, Jean Pierre Daubigney et A. Sales. L'enquête a été réalisée sur des entreprises de la région marseillaise. Ce document propose une synthèse des premiers résultats des trois enquêtes menées sur les écarts de salaires chez les ouvriers, employés, techniciens, agents de maitrise de 15 entreprises, chez les cadres (45 postes analysés) et auprès d'exploitants agricoles familiales. En 1ere partie, François Sellier coordinateur de la recherche présente les hypothèses, les projets exploratoires et les moyens demandés (6 pages).
