Abstract

Cette étude tend à démontrer que les créations d'emploi dans une région sont surtout dues aux choix des entreprises en matière d'occupation de l'espace ainsi qu'à la façon dont elles intègrent les problèmes de la main d'oeuvre dans une politique générale.
