Abstract

Premier volet d'une recherche sur l'analyse contextuelle de la mobilité, ce rapport ne rend compte que d'une partie d'un projet plus vaste qui comporte une analyse de deux secteurs d'activités dans deux pays différents : les industries portuaires et les mines de charbon en France et en Grande-Bretagne. Il tente de répondre à la question suivante : dans quelle mesure les mouvements du capital déterminent les mouvements de la main-d'œuvre, et dans quelle mesure les salariés développent des pratiques collectives informelles ou réagissent sur le ln syndical aux variations de l'emploi.
