Abstract

Cette recherche questionne les différences de hiérarchie des salaires entre l'industrie française et l'industrie allemande. 14 entreprises françaises et allemandes ont participé à cette recherche. Pour permettre leur comparaison en 7 couples d'unités de production, les entreprises ont été réparties en 4 secteurs fonctionnels : la production, l'entretien et l'énergie, les fonctions administratives et commerciales, les fonctions d'assistance technique autres que l'entretien et l'énergie. Le LEST a bénéficié de l'assistance technique (pour le recueil des informations et le contact avec les entreprises en Allemagne) de l'Intitute fur Sozialwissenschaftliche Forschung de Munich et du Conseil scientifique de son Directeur B. Lutz. M. Eugebauer a été chargé de l'élaboration et du rassemblement des informations.
