Abstract

Cette enquête s'insère dans le cadre plus large d'une recherche interdisciplinaire sur les facteurs économiques et sociologiques des disparités de rémunération et de revenus menée dans l'industrie marseillaise. Deux enquêtes ont été menées simultanément : la 1ere a porté sur les salaires de 300 cadres dans 13 entreprises. La seconde - objet de ce rapport intermédiaire - a porté sur les salaires de 700 ouvriers employés, techniciens, agents de maitrise dans 15 entreprises de la région marseillaise dont 13 situées dans la commune de Marseille. Elle a été réalisée avec l'appui de l'Union Patronale Interprofessionnelle de Marseille et l'Association Nationale des directeurs et chefs du personnel de la région PACA.
