La satisfaction des usagers des services publics locaux : une étude sur les 10 plus grandes villes françaises

Abstract

Cette note analyse la satisfaction des usagers des principaux services publics locaux-cantines scolaires, collecte des déchets, crèches, éclairage public, gestion de l'eau, propreté des rues et transports publics-dans les dix plus grandes villes françaises (Bordeaux, Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Nice, Marseille, Montpellier, Paris, Strasbourg et Toulouse) à partir d'un questionnaire administré à 100 individus représentatifs de chacune des villes (1000 individus au total). Les résultats montrent des écarts significatifs de satisfaction entre les villes. Ces écarts sont moins liés aux caractéristiques du répondant (catégorie socio-professionnelle, âge, genre, situation familiale, soutien aux Gilets jaunes) ou aux caractéristiques du service (mode de gestion) qu'au service rendu lui-même. Marseille et Paris sous-performent largement en termes de propreté des rues et de collecte des déchets par rapport aux autres villes.
