Abstract

La table de référence pour fixer la contribution à l'entretien et à l'éducation des enfants (CEEE) diffusée en 2010 par le ministère de la Justice a fait l'objet d'une nouvelle réflexion. Les objectifs sont de tenir compte d'une part des enseignements tirés de son utilisation, d'autre part de la loi autorisant dorénavant les directeurs des organismes débiteurs de prestations sociales (OPDF), sous certaines conditions, à rendre exécutoire un accord des parents fixant la CEEE. Dans ce cas, la table de référence fixe désormais un montant plancher obligatoire pour les parents. Cette note explicative accompagne cette nouvelle étape (projet de révision 2018), avec l'ambition d'expliquer les choix effectués et les modifications proposées. Elle permet de montrer quelles sont les difficultés liées à l'utilisation de cet outil dans le nouveau contexte du fonctionnement des OPDF.
