Abstract

Cette note s'inscrit en commentaire d'une présentation de l'ouvrage "Proposition de Code du travail", rédigé par le Groupe de recherche pour un autre Code du travail (GR-PACT), publié par les éditions Dalloz. Il en ressort que cette proposition d'un nouveau code du travail en France est à saluer car elle ambitionne de lutter de manière raisonnable contre la formation des angles morts de la régulation privée et contribue ainsi aux débats sociétaux actuels.
