L'économie russe et les sanctions. Une évaluation des conséquences du conflit ukrainien

Abstract

Ce rapport propose une analyse des conséquences économiques des sanctions occidentales pour la Russie. La méthode retenue est celle des scénarios. Le rapport inventorie les dimensions de l'impact économique du conflit géopolitique entourant la guerre en Ukraine. Il analyse d'abord le contexte macroéconomique. La deuxième partie propose une évaluation de l'impact immédiat de l'escalade militaire sur le terrain. La troisième intègre le rôle des niveaux successifs de sanctions imposés à la Russie, puis celui des répliques des autorités russes. Dans la quatrième partie, nous proposons trois scénarios quantifiés à propos des suites du conflit ukrainien. L'impact structurel des événements survenus depuis début 2014 en Ukraine est évoqué en conclusion.
