Abstract

L'objet de cet article est d'évaluer le rôle joué par la politique commerciale russe dans le processus de transition. Quelles ont été les principales étapes de l'évolution de la règlementation en matière de commerce extérieur ? Quelles en ont été les conséquences sur le comportement des acteurs ? Quels enseignements peut-on en tirer ?
