Abstract

Ce chapitre présente les principaux indicateurs de performance dans les organisations qui pourraient intéresser la mutualisation logistique urbaine. Trois grands volets sont abordés: la performance en gestion, la performance en supply chain management et la performance durable de la logistique urbaine. Ce chapitre compte donc dresser un panorama de ces indicateurs de performance dans une vision de développement durable qui pourraient être utiles pour évaluer la plate-forme LUMD, et il se place dans le contexte de l'état de l'art scientifique du projet LUMD (Logistique Urbaine Mutualisée Durable).
