Abstract

Le diagnostic de l'offre sur la liaison ferroviaire Saint Étienne-Lyon a mis en avant les insuffisances dont souffrent les liaisons directes d'une ville à l'autre. Dans ce contexte, le projet de mise en place de relations intercités performantes apparaît tout à fait opportun permettant d'améliorer rapidement la qualité de ce type de services. Pour évaluer la faisabilité du projet de mise en place de relations intercités performantes, l'étude s'articulera autour de trois points: -le rappel des objectifs de performance souhaités pour les nouveaux trains, -la faisabilité technique des créations de sillons horaires, -la faisabilité économique des trains crées.
