Abstract

Depuis 2010, la France connaît une multiplication de systèmes monétaires locaux qui s'apparentent à des monnaies citoyennes commerciales : ce sont les abeilles, mesures, heols, SOL violette, etc. L'intégration de commerces et de producteurs dans le cercle d'usage de la monnaie leur permet d'envisager un impact économique local. Pour cela, la manière dont les chargés du développement de ces projets parviennent à attirer particuliers et prestataires est déterminante. La mise en œuvre du projet éthique suppose cependant un filtrage des prestataires. Ce texte vise à identifier les objectifs du filtrage, ses modalités a priori, la manière dont il est appliqué ainsi que ses conséquences pratiques. Après avoir présenté le contexte de ces projets et leurs valeurs, il établit une analyse comparative des diverses modalités de mise en œuvre du projet éthique.
