Abstract

La messagerie électronique constitue un outil de travail collectif de plus en plus utilisé dans les échanges au sein des équipes de travail, en particulier au sein d'équipes projet. Quelles sont les modalités d'usage de cet outil ? En quoi vient-il modifier les pratiques professionnelles individuelles et collectives de ceux qui l'utilisent ? Quels sont les facteurs qui sont susceptibles d'expliquer les différences observées en la matière. Autant de questions auquelles cette étude tente d'apporter une réponse à partir de deux monographies réalisées sur leurs équipes projet à partir de 2 centres de recherches : l'INRIA et le CEREQ.
